Lenten season has arrived, and part of the preparation for the coming of the death, passion and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. part of the Alay Kapwa program of the Catholic Church to prepare oneself by fasting, abstaining, sacrifice, reparation, corporal and spiritual works of mercy. We would like to concretize this also by collecting fund for the Church in need and for the fund for the social responsibility of the Church. We are celebrating the sacrifice of the Mass outside the Church and to bring Christ to the periphery of the society. This is also to explain and enhance that corporal works of mercy is an act of sons and daughters of those who believe that they are saved by their faith, faith that has also to be expressed in the social environment.
