Typhoon Frank

It was two in the early morning that put out the electricity in almost all of Laguna. It was also the time that the typhoon Frank entered the said province. The strength of his winds were greatly felt that brought down tree and electrical post on their knees. Rain continues to pour down. Some of my neighboring parishioners have come out in the hall for evacuation because their place is beyond the water level and susceptible for flooding. Only a handful attended the morning masses.

Some parts of my parish was on waist deep muddy waters.

Two days later here is the report from the CBCP office.
