Nestor Villaruel, a former classmate during seminary days in San Pablo Diocesan Seminary and St. Peter's College Seminary called me concerning his request to the seminary for his diploma to be translated to English, it was written in Latin, as well as to be authenticated. He asked me to follow up. I called the seminary and did so.
