One of the Filipino Catholic Tradition is "Pabasa', the chanting of the life of our Lord Jesus Christ that may run to 12 hours to one and half day, depending on the tune use in the chanting. This is a communal activity of the faithful during the Lenten season especially during Holy Week. It is a form of religious meditation on the life of our Lord Jesus Christ. As well as form of expression and profession of the Christian faith.
Every parish usually is holding a Pabasa of the passion of our Lord Jesus Christ. The St. Martin de Porres in adelina 1, San Pedro, Laguna, Phillipines, is doing it every Holy Monday. And it is live now on this channel.
