Feast of St. John the Baptist

Today, we celebrate the feast of St. John the Baptist, the bearer of Christ's sandals. The forerunner of our Lord Jesus Christ.

He preached the Good News of Salvation without any qualms that caused his head.

I attended the concelebrated Mass in St. John the Baptist parish in Calamba city this morning. Strong rains and gusty winds, i went ahead to the parish church. There are also many priest present but many have opted not to attend because of the bad weather, signal no 2 in Laguna, the news said this morning.

The traditional "basaan kay San Juan" pushed through but it has not cause any difference because it is raining.

After my Mass in barrio Masaya, I went directly to Dayap, Calauan, Laguna to visit Rico's house as their feast day occurs also today
