Solo Parents Welfare Act, have you heard of it? Thanks to Ms. Zena Bernardo who was been active for a long period of time for the  welfare of the Solo parents that has become a part of the law of the country even on the Year 2000 signed by then President Joseph Ejercito Estrada.. It was been a long time since I heard from Zena this before but I was been alarmed when she posted on Facebook on a propose activity for Teen Solo Parents. It has struck me that, hey there is also a part of our society that we must also see and take care of. Primarily it let me pause for a moment to ask these questions: Is there any solo parent in my parish? How many are they? What are the age bracket? How could you categorized the teen solo parent?. Implementing Rules and Regulation of Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012

Last Wednesday, August 12, 2015, The Department of Justice and the Department of Science and Technology finalized and published the approved implementing rules and regulations after more than three years after it was signed into a law by the President Benigno Aguino III and after a year and a half the Supreme Court upheld its constitutionality. It took a long shot before this implementing rules and regulations are approved. Surely, it has been thought thoroughly. This  newspaper cut of which does not shows which tabloid or newspaper it comes from speak of half truth. Well there is a truth in it, or it is just proper as media is branded as such as the word itself media from Spanish medio or Latin media meaning half. May bagong billna nais ipasa sa kongreso tungol sa mga bingi at pipi kilala sa tawag na Filipino Sign Language Act of 2012 House Bill 6079. Ang panukalang batas na ito ay naglalayon ng mas malawak na pakikipagugnayan sa halos lahat ng ransaksiyon lalong lalo na sa mga ahensya ng gobyerno at impormasyon katulad ng korte, telebisyon at paaralan.
