Creating a website with your own domain name is of a new experience and I am excited of the features it brings. Choosing the Wix as the web hosting company is not an easy decision because of many competitions and it is very difficult to decide if you have not chosen one with a paid subscription. Free subscription is already a domain of which in some way or another I am familiar with. A paid subscription is totally a new realm and you will be overwhelm with the feature every hosting company offers the subscriber to be. San Pablo Diocesan Catechetical Commission dot com is a site for the Commission of the Catechesis of the Diocese of San Pablo from which the director of the said commission have instructed your servant to create one for a more coverage of the activities of the said commission especially to reach the younger generation. The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting as one of the arm of the COMELEC to ensure an honest and clean election and help the voters and the faithful to participate actively on the coming 2016 election is asking everyone to register so that you can vote. If you are already registered but has not been able to give your biometrics please go to the COMELEC office in your municipality to give your biometrics. Here is the list of the names who does not have biometrics in the city of San Pedro alone here in the province of Laguna which is numbered to 13,327 as of today. That is a lot of vote to be counted. If you would like to check if your name is on the list of those who have no biometrics kindly click here.  Search the province and the municipality or city. I would like to put the list of the San Pedro municipality here but the site would not allow me maybe because of the bulk of the list

The Church Created a New Commission for the Protection of MInors

Image
For decades the Church was been accused of protecting abusive priests. We could not deny that there are few. There is no evidence presented whatsoever that the church has ever protected any abuser priest. It should be noted also that the Catholic Church is the only institution who is making a lot of effort concerning this matter. What is clear today through the creation of the Episcopal Commission for the Protection of the Minors is one of the tangible and organized way of dealing this matter.

(This is the introduction I wrote in my new Blog) December 16, the start of the Misa de Gallo, novena dawn mass for the celebration of the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, is also designated by the Catholic Bishop Conference of the Philippines as the National Youth Day (NYD). This year National Youth Day is its silver jubilee, the 25th year of the Episcopal Commission of Youth and the culmination of the celebration of the CBCP's National Year of the Youth in connection with the one hundred ninety five after the birth of St. John Bosco who dedicated his life for the youth especially for the education of catholic youth. His relic visited some parts of the country. The Youth of the diocese was able to view it on San Pablo and on Calamba. The church regards the importance of the youth. Pope John Paul II highlighted the role of the youth and its pastoral care through the establishment of the World Youth Day. The activities of this yearly event has particular effect and fascinates varie...
