Yesterday afternoon, the mother of Rev. Fr. Deng Marfori, Lourdes Masanga Marfori has returned to our Creator at the age of 90. Her remains can be viewed and be visited at stae in the mortuary of Nuestra Señora delos Remedios Parish, Del Remedio, San Pablo City. Funeral mass will be on March 8, Wednesday, 8 am, In San Isidro Parish Church, Calauan, Laguna. Please remember her in your prayers and masses. ri

Fr.Rex Maharlika delos Angeles passed away yesterday. Her body lay in state at La Funeraria Paz, Araneta Avenue Chapel 1. Internment will be on Tuesday November 5 at Himlayang Pilipino after the 8:00 am Mass

Fr. Albert, the parish priest of the Nuestra Senora delos Angeles Parish, Sta. Maria, approached me last Monday during the monthly assembly of Priests of the Diocese if I could be one of the celebrants for the Novena Masses in honor of the Patron Saint of which will hold her feast on August 2. My first prerogative was Wednesday, but since I do not know my schedule I called up the my parish for confirmation. When the information arrived, Fr. Doy have already taken the Wednesday slot. Attorney Carolino and family was one of the close supporters and still is of the Nuestra Senora Delos Angeles Parish, Sta. Maria, Laguna. I do not know, if they have invited me before when I was their parish priest (I have no recollection or I am too old to remember). Since they have personally invited me to attend his birthday, I have obliged myself as a sign of gratitude for his support for the Church especially during my stay there. Happy Birthday!!! Lay ministers of the Holy Communion of the diocese have an annual Lenten recollection in San Pablo today. Lay Ministers of my former parish, Nuestra Senora delos Angeles, Sta.
