Parishes as wellsprings of mercy and renewal

Pastoral Exhortation of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines to open the Year 2017 as the Year of Parishes, Communion of Communities BELOVED people of God: We welcome the year 2017 in our “novena-years” of preparation for the grateful celebration in 2021 of the five hundredth anniversary of the first coming and first receiving among our people of the Gospel of Christ Jesus and of His holy Church. That forthcoming 2021 celebration, recalling the first Mass and first baptisms in our shores, should be a new and joyous explosion in our lives of faith, hope and love throughout our country. Visit of the international pilgrim image of the Our Lady of Fatima in the Diocese of San Pablo.

This may sound very late but I was just informed this morning concerning this matter. Hoping that this blog could be of help in disseminating this important matter. I will post also the letter of the bishop on my Facebook account, The International pilgrim image of the Our Lady of Fatima will visit the Diocese this coming October 16-18 of this year. Everybody is invited to grace and offer prayers through vigil and masses. Fr. Parish Pilgrimage to Bulacan

The Parish decided to make a Lenten pilgrimage to 7 churches of Bulacan. The first church we visited was the Our Lady of Fatima Parish and the National pilgrim church of our Lady of Fatima in Valenzuela.
