Making your non Smart TV a likely Smart TV

Image
I have just learn from my neighbor that you can make your TV a Smart TV. A Smart TV is far more expensive than a non Smart TV but there are ways that can de done without dousing out extra money or do not have the resources for the moment. There are some application that I am still trying out to make use of this new technology. However, the basic requirement is that you have a non Smert TV that has HDMI port. You can find the port at the back of your TV. According the Wikipedia HDMI or the High Definition Multimedia Interface port first came out thirteen years ago on the late 2003. So if your TV was manufactured not necessarily bought on the late 2003 it might have a HDMI port. Why HDMI port because it is where an another device need to be connected. Any casting device can do. There are many casting device in the market today but I am using the Chromecast 2 device. You just have to plug it on and install the application through your mobile phone or tablet using the internet con...

Why Smart is no Longer Smart.

Image
Everyday, I am receiving text messages that says it seems like your phone or device is trying to access site not included in your current data package. Yes, my dear friends, everyday. I will include two pictures which shows three consecutive days of receiving the same text message. I am not opening my data because I do not have money to be online every time. So, I say to Smart. Are you serious or you are just have enough time and resources for your unwanted promotional stunts to annoy people within your network? Have we lost our professionalism for the lure of more money for subscriptions? Or it is just a computer glitch that no one in your army of technicians can handle?  Or you are just numb to the customer feedback you are receiving because the other end receiving the calls are outsource call center agents that can be patient enough to hear the ire, grunting and displeasure of customers because it is their bread and butter? My apologies for reading this blog for such a...

Annoying Problem on popping out of drive mode on S2?

Image
Recently I posted on how to remove the Samsung Voice Talk in my Samsung S2 . However the problem persist but this time the car mode is being activated by its own. It is really annoying as it constantly opens up your phone seemingly somebody is calling me or texting me if I am in silent mode. I am already out of options as I browse for answers and ask those who are in customer care of the said cell phone until  i somebody suggested me to clean the usb port with a brush. Oh yes! It solve the problem.

Smart Bro Again

Image
For two days there is no connection again with the Smart Bro. I do not know if this blog will give additional media milleage to the said company in positive or negative standpoint. I do not compare technical support between internet service provider since I do not have other access to others. There are other competitors in the area now, unlike before when I started subscribing with the Smart Bro. However, two days without connection is too much for updating my site, of which I would like to fill up the backlog of some other blogs.  As ussual, trying to call their costumer support will require a lot of time even before getting connected with the service representative. Some information coming from the backdoor that says that there was a problem nationwide. When I asked one of my friends who is also a subscriber he could not comment because he switched to Globe just recently. Blogs commenting Fr. Jessie's post

Frustrating Internet Providers

Image
We always like a smooth surfing and easy access to internet. Most of my time needs a lot of bandwith. Since Saturday, the connection of Smartbro becomes too frustrating. It is not only that of the inefficiency of the said provider to fix the problem but the time spent to report the said problem. Since day one of the lost connection, I have started to report it but it takes a lot of useless procedure because they already know that the problem is in their system. Every time I called them surely they will ask what is your name, what is the reference number, is this name the one reflected in the account, what is the ip address, what is the physical address, unplug the motorola device, disable and enable internet connection, clear your internet history, delete all temporary files and after it they will give you the report number to be follow up after 24 hours without telling you the problem. Even my smart phone was disconnected several times during the conversation. I observed also that it ...
