Street Mass

Image
Lenten season has arrived, and part of the preparation for the coming of the death, passion and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. part of the Alay Kapwa program of the Catholic Church to prepare oneself by fasting, abstaining, sacrifice, reparation, corporal and spiritual works of mercy. We would like to concretize this also by collecting fund for the Church in need and for the fund for the social responsibility of the Church. We are celebrating the sacrifice of the Mass outside the Church and to bring Christ to the periphery of the society. This is also to explain and enhance that corporal works of mercy is an act of sons and daughters of those who believe that they are saved by their faith, faith that has also to be expressed in the social environment.

Obsolete Sites

Image
One of the disadvantage of a free site is you depend upon sites that offer applications that maybe free but has no guarantee that you will use the service for a long time. most of the free services stop offering their service or the site itself has stopped its internet existence such as one of my voting applications. Though, it might have long been overdue bit the poll asked the readers questions regarding the church and social issues to read the pulses of the faithful. We will look for another site that offers polls for free or upgrade our blog to own a domain and paid hosting. Let us see as the time progress. more of the question really here is the time to spend in developing the site because we really have to update in the fast changing times.

A warning sign has plugged on my Blogsite saying that the widget was been disabled but checking upon the site of the Ustream, I found out that there are some update and offers several options such as the standalone player I have installed on my Blogsite player and social and video gallery widgets, it seems that the end users have a lot of options and the publishers have a lot of tools to play with. the last option is open only for the enterprise plan. Is Nassa.org.ph down?

Image
Looking for more materials concerning the year of the poor, I have tried to visit nassa.org.ph but cannot be accessed. Nassa is the episcopal commission of the Catholic Bishop Conference of the Philippines for National Secretatiat for Social Action, Justice and Peace who is the lead agency of the Church on the implementation of the Program for the year of the Poor. The problem maybe from the host of the nassa.org.ph for some adjustment, let us wait after its maintenance finish the work. I just hope it will be available soon.

The DelliFeed - Heart My Website - Falling Leaves - E...
