Implementing Rules and Regulation of Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012
Last Wednesday, August 12, 2015, The Department of Justice and the Department of Science and Technology finalized and published the approved implementing rules and regulations after more than three years after it was signed into a law by the President Benigno Aguino III and after a year and a half the Supreme Court upheld its constitutionality. It took a long shot before this implementing rules and regulations are approved. Surely, it has been thought thoroughly. Here is the copy of the said IRR.
