I am a blogger user but it was only when I started the use of paid web hosted that I was directed as a part of the application of one of the web hosted platform. So I have decided if the same application is offered to a free web blog such as this one and if there are limitations different from the paid platform than from the free one. Here is one of the example is the slideshow of the Lenten celebration of the Catholic Church gathered in the internet. I might add some slide from later date. Let us if the code can adapt with the continous addition of slide without updating the code. Before, I was using other platform such as slide dot com but since I would like to limit the use of other platform to make the blog load faster because it would no longer need to fetch data from other platforms. Slide dot come is more user friendly because it can easily make a slide out of different pictures individually. Well, this is still on experiment stage as this is the first time of...

Google has an application I just recently discovered, test my site.It test your site on 3 aspects, 1. Mobile Friendliness, 2. Mobile Speed and 3. Desktop Speed. I am not a professional webmaster and even a professional one should surely need to see a tool to help one in evaluating the performance of the site. I have tried to test two of the site I manage, the free one from blogger, frjessie.blogspot, com and one of its own domain name and hosting site www.sanpablodiocesancatecheticalcommission,com . The San Pablo Catechetical Commission site has the following results: While frjessie.blogspot.com have the following report. It is quite low maybe because it is hosted in the free site. You could ask to let them send the detailed report that gives you also a link to correct the limitations described above. So, if you are prompted if you would like a detailed report filled in your email address to receive the detailed report. We will see it also if the recommendations are co...

It was not much a long time since I have stopped blogging and using the platform and yet much has changed in the internet. I have missed the opportunity which google docs offered, Or it is only now that the capabilities of google docs is being enhanced. Well, I am not certain to answer this question however it should be of great help not only for me but as well as to the rest of the blogger community to make use of this free service, It is also being used by many web and blog hosts as well as platforms because it can easily be integrated,. As an example from the above is a slide posted by catholic fortress in Facebook. Since facebook does not support a slideshow except when it is embedded or be shown to its link. here is the slideshow on fasting and abstinence.

I am a google user, I am using many of the google products but not all. Google sites is not one of them. I just encountered it recently when the director of the San Pablo Diocesan Catechetical commission, Rev. Fr. Jorge Seldon instructed me to make a website of the Catechetical Commission for a greater coverage of the flow of information. I have been using Blogger  for a long time already though I forgot to update my blogs. Yet, blogger and google site is of different system. On the other hand, When i asked the director of the Mass Media of the Diocese of San Pablo, Rev. Fr. David Reyes of which company they are using for web hosting, he directed me to wix. I have seen it but have no time to try it and learn the tricks of the said webhosting company. Though you could make use of different platforms and widgets as long as you have some knowledge of the html codes. However, it will add some bandwidth when you are crossing two different sites. it will be better to use one ...

It is not at all easy to put something that can be find in your mind that can be seen in the real world and I may add the opposite is also the same. However, its difficulty or easeness may differ to individuals. There are people who can easily put into action what they find abstract in their mind and those also who can conceptualized and verbalized what is present to everyday life. It was been sometimes that I envisioned to make a mobile applications of what I am making in the internet. I have started with my blog, the Priest but only through the use of QR codes. How many out there who knows how to use QR codes. Well, you have to upload a QR code reader first to to so and scan the QR canvas which my blog application can be found and begin downloading. It was been a long time that I made it though accessible only through the QR codes. Why? Several reasons have hindered me to launch it through a google play. First, you need to test the waters first. most of the predictio...

Aside from continous praying for the victims and survivors of the super typhoon Yolanda, I have also embedded the Google person Finder to help those who are seeking for their loved ones. I will put it here as well as to the sidebar. repository /?small=yes" width=400 height=300 frameborder=0 style="border: dashed 2px #77c">

One of the features of Samsung smartphones is the voice talk. It was to place in par with the Apple Siri. It was first introduced, as far as I know on the launching of Samsung Galaxy SII. However, it does not really picked up by the users. It annoyed the Samsung users. Do you want to get rid of it? here is How? Go to the application, choose Google play or Play store, search for Go Launcher Ex. Choose the first option, install it. It will take at about two minutes. After the installation you will see that your smartphone's application changes. Do not worry about it.After installing the Go launcher Ex, find the Voice Talk application then uninstall it. Then Uninstall also the Go Launcher Ex. That's it!

After a week that I commented to the google's feedburner on why iIcould not move my feedburner feeds to my google account, I received no response as of the moment. What I can find is this post explaining the known issue but have no technical support which say otherwise on how to resolve it. This was even posted last 11th of february. I am quite dissapointed because two of my blogs were dependednt on feedburner feature. I cannot update the said blog for the said reason. Issue: You have received an email from FeedBurner that instructs you to move your feedburner.com to a Google Account. However, when you sign in to feedburner.com, you are not prompted to take any action. Possible causes: One or more of your FeedBurner feeds use Yahoo! Pipes feeds as their content source. Currently, feeds hosted on Google do not work reliably with Pipes, but feeds still hosted in the original feeds.feedburner.com environment do. We are still working directly with Yahoo! to resolve this issue permane...
