Through the years I have accumulated several biblical picture verses from internet and have find a good site for making them as a slideshow. I hope that this will help us to be more familiar with the Word of God as we have just celebrated yesterday the feast of St. Jerome. It is good to remins us that the famous maxim of St. Jerome, Ignorance of the Bible is Ignorance of Christ".

Homily on the National Bible Week 2006 Every Sunday after the celebration of Sto. Niňo, we celebrates the national Bible Week. God is inviting us to read, reflect, put into action and share the Word of God. God speaks to us in many ways but we must appreciate also the written one – the Sacred Scriptures. Proclaiming The Good News of salvation is an unending story. Since creation, God constantly proclaim himself in our midst which come into fulfillment in our Lord Jesus Christ. There are two things, I would like to share. First, there is a need to intensify our effort to know the Sacred Scriptures. Ussually, I include in the farewell message to the married couples during weddings that they might find the proper guidance in their life by constantly reading, hearing and reflecting the written Word of God.
