Image
St. Charles Borromeo’s Prayer for Priests O Holy Mother of God, pray for the priests your Son has chosen to serve the Church. Help them, by your intercession, to be holy, zealous, and chaste. Make them models of virtue in the service of God’s people. Help them to be pious in meditation, efficacious in preaching, and zealous in the daily offering of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. Help them to administer the sacraments with love and joy. Amen .

It was early night after the celebration of Holy Eucharist in St. Anthony Abad chapel in Bitin that I decided to visit the celebration of the Diocese on the coming of the relic of St. John Bosco being viewed in the San Pablo Cathedral. It was around seven thirty in the evening when I arrived at the Liceo gym near the Cathedral. The relic was just been transfered here for the assembly of youth. Most of the youth came from the diocesan school Liceo. I was surprised when I saw that the relic was the whole body of St. John Bosco. It is a great blessing that the whole body was preserve. ShareThis Blogs commenting Fr. Jessie's post
