Changing the blog themes will make you rearrange the widgets and badges and applications in the side bars. Facebook is one of the most innovative and revolutionary social media application available in the world wide web. Though, it has been in the side bars since I have my eye on it, I am not sure when was the first time I used it, but it is only now that I see the great potential of incorporating the use of Facebook account and/or page and of the web page and/or blog. Let me put here my personal Facebook page that gives the Facebook Profile, Facebook Pictures and Facebook Activity Feeds: Jessie Somosierra  |  Create Your Badge Jessie Somosierra Create Your Badge

Blogs can be accessed thru the  blog address itself or to other ways such as email. Bloggers have incorporated already in the new theme the subscribe button. Here in the theme I have chosen for my blog is theme Emporio is already attached to the blog arrangement situated in the upper left side of the blog. Yes, you can change its location either to the right bar in any position there, however, it will be lost for there are a lots of widgets there already or to the lower side of the body or to the footer. i left it on the original position. it may be small enough but I think it is already enough. Simple but not annoying. And one thing more here is that it is evident if you are scrolling down or you are looking at the previous post. It is situated on the upper left with the blog name. Cool. And my feeds can also be found on the feedburner on this address  http://feeds.feedburner.com/blogspot/ngnaj I do not know if all blogger account have automatically been given...

Checking page rank is important in the assessment of the viability of a websites, though page visits can also be helpful but sometimes misleading page hit counter is a tool also to see if how many visits are made unique or simply visits, but, page rank is more important because it carries some weight in the internet world. in layman's term page rank is simply a ranking whether your site is being linked to another site. Why is this important? Well, it does not speaks whether your site is being visited or not but the very fact that your site was been linked by another site could mean that your sute was been visited by the webmaster of the site and is giving direction to the reader of his site to go to your site and see to it that there is something in your site that they might be looking for. The rank of this blog is on the right section. When I decided to check http://sanpablodiocesancatecheticalcommission,com , I did not see any rank for the moment because it was still new. Th...

One of the disadvantage of a free site is you depend upon sites that offer applications that maybe free but has no guarantee that you will use the service for a long time. most of the free services stop offering their service or the site itself has stopped its internet existence such as one of my voting applications. Though, it might have long been overdue bit the poll asked the readers questions regarding the church and social issues to read the pulses of the faithful. We will look for another site that offers polls for free or upgrade our blog to own a domain and paid hosting. Let us see as the time progress. more of the question really here is the time to spend in developing the site because we really have to update in the fast changing times.

Google has an application I just recently discovered, test my site.It test your site on 3 aspects, 1. Mobile Friendliness, 2. Mobile Speed and 3. Desktop Speed. I am not a professional webmaster and even a professional one should surely need to see a tool to help one in evaluating the performance of the site. I have tried to test two of the site I manage, the free one from blogger, frjessie.blogspot, com and one of its own domain name and hosting site www.sanpablodiocesancatecheticalcommission,com . The San Pablo Catechetical Commission site has the following results: While frjessie.blogspot.com have the following report. It is quite low maybe because it is hosted in the free site. You could ask to let them send the detailed report that gives you also a link to correct the limitations described above. So, if you are prompted if you would like a detailed report filled in your email address to receive the detailed report. We will see it also if the recommendations are co...

Web page have different structure as a blog page. For one thing web page have pages while blog pages seems to have composed of several pages but they act only as one. There is no need to submit their different pages because the main page is enough. It acts as the main skeleton of all the pages. I really do not know why blog pages can easily be crawl by the search engine than by web pages. maybe because every page act as a separate entity though it also came from the same root. Therefore, if you have several pages in your Web page, you have to submit all the existing pages for easily indexing. It should be noted that every platform or hosting service have different modes concerning search engine optimization handling. Therefore, it is the rule of the thumb to read carefully the section concerning this manner.

It was not much a long time since I have stopped blogging and using the platform and yet much has changed in the internet. I have missed the opportunity which google docs offered, Or it is only now that the capabilities of google docs is being enhanced. Well, I am not certain to answer this question however it should be of great help not only for me but as well as to the rest of the blogger community to make use of this free service, It is also being used by many web and blog hosts as well as platforms because it can easily be integrated,. As an example from the above is a slide posted by catholic fortress in Facebook. Since facebook does not support a slideshow except when it is embedded or be shown to its link. here is the slideshow on fasting and abstinence.

Creating a website with your own domain name is of a new experience and I am excited of the features it brings. Choosing the Wix as the web hosting company is not an easy decision because of many competitions and it is very difficult to decide if you have not chosen one with a paid subscription. Free subscription is already a domain of which in some way or another I am familiar with. A paid subscription is totally a new realm and you will be overwhelm with the feature every hosting company offers the subscriber to be. San Pablo Diocesan Catechetical Commission dot com is a site for the Commission of the Catechesis of the Diocese of San Pablo from which the director of the said commission have instructed your servant to create one for a more coverage of the activities of the said commission especially to reach the younger generation. Why it is only now that I venture towards creating an owned domain name. Well, financial reason could be one of the reason though it is n...

I am a google user, I am using many of the google products but not all. Google sites is not one of them. I just encountered it recently when the director of the San Pablo Diocesan Catechetical commission, Rev. Fr. Jorge Seldon instructed me to make a website of the Catechetical Commission for a greater coverage of the flow of information. I have been using Blogger  for a long time already though I forgot to update my blogs. Yet, blogger and google site is of different system. On the other hand, When i asked the director of the Mass Media of the Diocese of San Pablo, Rev. Fr. David Reyes of which company they are using for web hosting, he directed me to wix. I have seen it but have no time to try it and learn the tricks of the said webhosting company. Though you could make use of different platforms and widgets as long as you have some knowledge of the html codes. However, it will add some bandwidth when you are crossing two different sites. it will be better to use one ...
