Noel Villaruel , Owie for short, coincidentally a brother of Nestor, he will replace Sis. Venus as secretary for the parish. The Holy face sisters of which sister Venus belongs will be pulling out from the parish work. The superior told me that they could no longer give the parish a hand in secretarial endeavour because their novices will be having a extensive formation in preparation for their anniversary. He was also faced with difficult questions about the university's handling of the emergency and whether it did enough to warn students and protect them after the first burst of gunfire. Investigators offered no motive for the attack. The gunman's name was not immediately released, and it...
