House Resolution 1109 is a desperate move of the congress to amend the constitution and as what others have suspected to extend the term of office of those in position. I have longed to comment on this issue because the resolution was passed last April of this year. It was only now that I have the time to do so. I have posted here also the copy of the said resolution so that one may really know what the conscitution of the said resolution and the representatives behind it. Personally, I have no objection that there are certain provisions in the constitution that need revision. I believe most of the Filipinos agree with me.
