When asked how he is to be introduced as our retreat master this year, August 3-7, 2015, he simply said that introduced him simply as Bishop Pablo Virgilio S. David. Well, little I have known about this bishop except as brother of known sociologist Randy David. He was also a chairman of the Episcopal commission for Biblical Apostolate. Sorry, he is is still the chairman until the end of November. In December he will head the Commission on heritage of the Catholic Bishop Conference of the Philippines.
