Our regular vicariate meeting is scheduled every thursday after the third monday priests' assembly. The Holy face sisters of which sister Venus belongs will be pulling out from the parish work. The superior told me that they could no longer give the parish a hand in secretarial endeavour because their novices will be having a extensive formation in preparation for their anniversary.
