Several sites run by the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines and of the Archdiocese of Manila cannot be accessed for two days. Are they updating or it is blocked by other parties especially when the Church has pointed out loudly on the padding of 5 million votes in one of the province.
Are they updating or their sites are being blocked in some way or another. I really do not know. Somebody comment on this please.
