The author is a Smart user, my phone provider is Smart telecommunication. After New Year the company launch a new series of loading system which caused some loading station some problems.One loading station load me 2 load for 2 days expiration when I am asking for the old 5 days expiration. The 2 loads expire for 2 days not for 4 days because computer cannot accumulate by itself for loading 2 loads for 2 days. Since it will also be of help for others who are using Smart. Sorry for those who are using other neworks. Maybe if the author have the time.
