Sumilao Farmers

Below is a letter from the Simbahang Lingkod ng Bayan concerning the flight of our brethren in Sumilao. For those who could support them kindly channel them from the mentioned bank account

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Peace.
Archbishop Gaudencio Cardinal Rosales, Archbishop Angel Lagdameo, and Bishop Honesto Pacana, SJ have expressed categorical support for the Sumilao Farmers' cause. To-date, the lack of clear Government decision on this unsettled issue has caused great suffering on the farmers who continue to camp in front of the DAR Office. Our farmer-brothers and sisters are currently in need support for the for their meal provisions.

On this note, we humbly solicit and seek your support for the meal provisions of our brothers and sisters from Sumilao, Bukidnon. We estimate the budget to be P50/meal for 100 pax totaling P5,000/meal. You may deposit the funds through BPI Current Account # 3081-1111-61 or BPI Dollar Account # 3084-0420-12.

Should you have any query or concern, please contact Simbahang Lingkod ng Bayan through the following: Landline: (02) 4266101 local 3440-3441, Mobile 0922-8600-752, Telefax (02) 4265968, Email: slb@admu.edu. ph

Please send us a copy of your deposit through fax for proper documentation and acknowledgement of your donation.

For details about the situation, you may visit the following sites: www.sumilaomarch. multiply. com, www.simbahanglingko d.multiply. com, www.slb.ph, and www.jesuits. ph
Let us be one with the Sumilao farmers in their fight for social justice. Thank you and God bless.

Love your Parents

Let me share you one of the email I receive this week.

Love Your parent !

When I imagined I love my parent . . .

"The moment a child is born, the mother is also born. She never existed before. The woman existed, but the mother, never.
A mother is something absolutely new. . ."

My Mom
FunAndFunOnly (www.mails4u.net.tc) - SridhaR
"The best years of your life are the ones in which you decide your problems are your own. You do not blame them on your mother, the ecology, or the president. You realize that you control your own destiny."
"I remember my mother's prayers and they have always followed me. They have clung to me all my life."
FunAndFunOnly (www.mails4u.net.tc) - SridhaR
"Mother love is the fuel
that enables a normal human being to do the impossible."

My Daddy
FunAndFunOnly (www.mails4u.net.tc) - SridhaR
"How pleasant it is for a father to sit at his child's board. It is like an aged man reclining under the shadow of an oak which he has planted."

Love Your parent !

Prayer Request

It was been sometime when somebody approach me to pray for their loved ones. Sometimes, I cannot remember anymore their names except for those whom I personally met. One time, some one approach me for the second time and give me a piece of paper wherein the intention was written - For fast recovery of Sofronia T. Atienza, it says.

Frankly speaking, I am poor in memorizing names, and I am taking account of it by taking notes especially for those who are asking prayers.

FOUR. When you say, 'I love you,' mean it.

FIVE. When you say, 'I'm sorry,' look the person in the eye.

SIX. Be engaged at least six months before you get married.
